I understand the sentiment, I really do. My concern is the mob mentality / lynch-mob.
I would be more than willing to pull the rope but only for those who are guilty. To me, the former clown director should be 'tried' first. What I'm really worried about are uninformed but highly passionate (well intentioned but misinformed) vigilante groups attacking innocent people. Fair enough, but though it's a hive mind, even clouds of grouses (sic?), have some form of guidance. It's not about control - it's about being informed. The official way is to pay young teenagers to sit and have their plasma/blood drawn as they sit and read a book or whatever. Similar to donating to a 'Red Cross' blood drive. They are paid good money too.
