Consider first the "no" & "vastness of space". There are ~100 billion stars in our galaxy alone and by some estimates 500 million habitable planets. It doesn't exactly take a betting man to bet on life existing somewhere else in the galaxy - and that's before we include the rest of the universe. Q hasn't gone out on a limb to say we're not alone.
"Highest classification" - assuming that this answers the Roswell? part of the question this still doesn't confirm anything. Simply saying that the Roswell incident was and still is classified doesn't mean UFOs confirmed. The "UFO" that crashed in 1947 could (and is more likely to) have been an experimental jet plane. Coupled with the likelihood - thanks to Operation Paperclip - that the jet was designed by former Nazi scientists you have 2 good reasons to keep the program secret.

False, moon landings are real.

First and most key here is that Q actually writes a clearly worded confirmation. The moon landings are real - not much room for maneuver here. Also not surprising - if they were faked the Soviets would have known and would never have kept quiet.
"Programs exist that are outside of public domain". Could mean anything. No detail is given - it could just be Mars mission related. It could be space weapons vs Russia & China. It could also mean providing manpower for an intergalactic war. There is nothing in that statement that can be considered a lie if it turns out that we have never made contact with UFOs. Not to mention that there are a fuckload of programs across governments worldwide that the public don't know shit about.
Q's answers were also ambiguous in relation to 9/11, specifically the "plane" hitting the Pentagon:

Why? Why in multiple breads filled with questions did Q answer so few with 3 of them to do with popular conspiracy theories?
What was Q hoping to achieve from the Q&A?
It was a test of the 8chan servers ability to handle heavy load. The hammer is set to drop - looks like it's shaping up to happen soon, before midterms.
Q knows (well, everyone really) that shitloads of people will be coming to 8chan when the news shows HRC getting arrested.
Q wants to make sure that servers are ready to handle influx. Best way to dry run it is to give a few ambiguous answers about 9/11 and UFOs to draw people in. Test was successful - more servers ordered.. and nothing was confirmed about 9/11, I'm sure it will be eventually but the immediate target is political.
