Shallow dig on fugitive Kemal Oksuz in the DoS FOIA reading room: Letter from Oksuz to HRC via Huma hoping she will participate in the US-AZERBAIJAN CONVENTION celebrating 20th Anniversary on April 26th, 2012. He signs as President of the Turquoise Council of Americans and Eurasians.

This is a request for WJC to speak at a Turquoise Council event in May 2013. Typically, when WJC was invited to speak at events, the invitation was vetted for conflicts. While this document doesn't specifically say it's a vetting document, it surely reads like one. Note who the past speakers are….looking at you Joe Biden, Crying Chuck Schumer and Christine Gillibrand! Also, note where the 'council' is active:
"The Turquoise Council of Americans and Eurasians (TCAE) is one of four primary organizers for this event. They are the ones our contract will be with. They are based in Houston and are active in Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington, D.C."
