If the only way RR is out is by declass, then why wait to declass? I thought maybe just trump verbalizing the declass might have been all it took to force RR to resign, but I guess that's not the case. if his firing/impeachment HAS to be brought on by the declass then when is the time to do it? do we have to wait for Kavanaughs conf??
