It takes time to turn an economy around. The housing market, in particular, is a tough one to manage. But things are improving. Plenty of money to be made, out there.

The ICC claims Universal Jurisdiction. The problem is, you can't have jurisdiction in a case unless you also have sovereignty over that case. The next step would be a case that declares Universal Sovereignty of the court, effectively eliminating barriers that national laws might impose against the ICC's actions.

It's a matter of precedent. Declaring the court's Universal Sovereignty once, to go after some hideous 3rd world war criminal, would probably pass unnoticed, unless there was strong objection from the leading nations of the world. After legal precedent is set, then the principle could be used to go after anyone, anywhere, for any fabricated reason.

Consider that under HRC's theoretical presidency, she would likely have acquiesced to such a move and essentially surrendered US sovereignty to the ICC in an open capitulation to globalism. I just don't see that happening under POTUS.

It's a cabal-backed and conceived plan. They originally used Universal Sovereignty as a novel principle to go after ex-Nazis in S. America. No one seriously objected to that. But that just set the stage for an incremental increase in the court's supposed powers.

Incorrect. The real reason is that the elite know the indictments are coming, and the composition of the SC this session is going to be key on many essential rulings. It isn't overturning Rv.W that scares them. Remember Lindsey Graham's line of questioning during the hearing about American citizens being charged as enemy combatants?

That's what scaring them, and why they're fighting so hard.
