RR will resign.
It will allow POTUS more options with the least controversy….i.e, will be the SPEEDIEST way for POTUS to put in his guy as a temporary replacement for 210 days.
Legally, I don't think it matters if RR resigns or is fired as to POTUS' options, but fake news will tell us that it matters and will cause problems and delays.
Francisco will be replacement if RR is fired.
Fake news is already calling him controversial.
If RR resigns, POTUS can put in any prior senate approved person and fake news can't say anything.
The IG will recommend that RR resign.
