So… A Swiss based (cabal central) slush fund, run by known seedy benefactors (Gates Foundation), pulls funding for their MAIN reason for being (fighting TB) in the MAIN country it affects (NK) at the exact same time that POTUS "cut the strings" of the Cabal in NK.
