i dont think stuxnet would be applicable anon. it was designed to target PLCs. but a zero day could affect service if someone wanted to do that. outages have been moar common lately, could be an infrastructure issue, or many other things including fuckery from verizon itself.
so far they are getting deepstate operatives within the administration fired, so id say they're /ourguys/ at least for now.
