Not even close. A good deal of our nature is determined by heredity. The "tabula rasa" narrative is a bunch of bullshit told by subversive Jewish anthropology that goes counter to all objective data, of which there are mountains.
Agreed every individual has free will and should be judged on his personal behavior/choices, but that's different than saying we are all equal in our abilities and inclinations. Agreed also that all peoples who wish to be free of global control have common cause and do well to work together, but if we have to lie to ourselves to do that, we do ourselves no favors. If our goal is freedom, our goal is truth. Without the one, the other is impossible.
It's old news to Anons here, but the classic data-based treatise on heredity and IQ is Charles Murray's "The Bell Curve." IQ has been further tracked to many behaviors we associate with morality, e.g. there seems to be a sweet spot for criminality around IQ 85. And IQ has been found to be extremely heritable. External circumstances alter it very little, just a few points. Genetics is the prime determinant.
