I believe most of us agree that [RR] was associated with the coup.

That being said, POTUS has a reason why he has yet to fire [RR]. Unless the plan is to have Congress force [RR] to resign by threatening him with a hearing I don't get why Meadows, Jordan, Gaetz, et al are forcing the issue now.

If [RR] is still employed at DOJ he can be compelled to be questioned under oath by Congress. He could refuse if he were fired.

I think McCabe and/or Comey leaked the notes of the meeting where [RR] mentioned wearing a wire and the 25th Amendment. Personally, I think [RR] is a climber who always chose the side he thought was more powerful and he chose wrong. He will pay for his choice but I do not think he is an original conspirator. I think he is an opportunist who chose wrong and all of his decisions from the point of that choice have been to cover his ass.

Sometimes I think these Congressmen (even the Freedom Caucus) are a bunch of grandstanding mofos.

What say you?

Exactly and, to your point, I don't know who in Congress is compromised.

My point is if POTUS wanted [RR] gone then [RR] would be gone already. SO, right when POTUS has him by the balls here comes Congress to screw up his leverage.

Of course I could be wrong but I do not want to encourage Democrats to vote any more than they already are.

If Congress wants to get off their ass then I suggest Meadows et al remove Ryan from the Speakership. The reason Meadows won't do it is he doesn't have the vote. The reason Ryan won't leave is because McCarthy doesn't have the votes to replace him. PATHETIC
