In the event of a Govt shutdown, the Powers of the President grow and are absolute ( hence Chucky's quick retreat from the 1st shutdown ) Remember how the House kept a skeleton staff during the Thanksgiving recess. They won't let a full shutdown happen for a long enough time for POTUS to use the Powers of the President. ( note a few hours last night ) Notice also how many Presidential actions have taken place that amount to notice of intent to nominate. The CLEAN Judges have already had their notice given. We need DIRTY removed and CLEAN put in place before we can have any meaningful Justice of the corrupt
