Accuser Julie Swetnick Graduated High School in 1980 – Why Was She at High School Parties With Minors in 1982?

Michael Avenatti revealed Brett Kavanaugh’s 3rd accuser Wednesday morning–A woman named Julie Swetnick who has brought forth allegations of gang rape.

Ms. Swetnick, 55, in a sworn statement says she was a victim of one of these “gang” or “train” rapes where Brett Kavanaugh, 53 and Mark Judge were present. Swetnick also claims she was drugged with Qualuudes or “something similar.”

In her statement, Julie Swetnick also wrote that she met Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge in 1980 or 1981 when she was introduced to them at a house party in the Washington area.

“During the years 1981-82 I became aware of efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to “spike” the “punch” at house parties I attended with drugs and/or grain alcohol so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say “no,” Swetnick said in paragraph 11 of her sworn statement.

“I witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to “target” particular girls so they could be taken advantage of; it was usually a girl that was especially vulnerable because she was alone at the party or shy,” Swetnick continued.

Julie Swetnick is two years older than Brett Kavanaugh–She graduated high school three years before Kavanaugh, so what was she doing partying with him and his minor friends?

According to The New York Times, Ms. Swetnick grew up in Montgomery County, Md., graduating from Gaithersburg High School in 1980 before attending college at the University of Maryland, according to a résumé for her posted online. Judge Kavanaugh graduated from Georgetown Prep in 1983.

Julie Swetnick was an adult, college-aged woman partying with minor high school boys–WHY??

Furthermore, according to Swetnick’s sworn statement she continued going to these parties knowing these boys were gang raping other young women — until it happened to her. She does not allege that Kavanaugh was one of her rapists — but says that he was present at the party.

Kavanaugh responded to the latest accuser saying it’s from the twilight zone.

One of the most respected scientists in his field, José Baselga, chief medical officer at New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, is the published author of hundreds of articles featuring the most cutting-edge cancer research. The New York Times called him “one of the world’s top breast cancer doctors” and “a towering figure in the cancer world.”

On 8 September, two mainstream media publications – The New York Times and Pro Publica – revealed that Baselga had failed to disclose the fact that he had received millions of dollars from Big Pharma and medical corporations.

Scientists and researchers are expected to reveal this type of conflict of interest, since links between pharmaceutical or medical companies and scientists can bias a researcher’s methods and results. Unfortunately, scientific journals do not investigate to establish these types of ties, relying on the scientists themselves to be honorable and reveal them. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) came out swinging at porn star attorney Michael Avenatti and his client, Julie Swetnick, over Swetnick’s last minute over-the-top accusations against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh that he helped get women inebriated at early 1980s high school parties she attended so that the women could get gang raped.

Graham issued a multi-tweet statement:

“From my view, just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, it just did. The lawyer to porn stars has just taken this debacle to an even lower level. I hope people will be highly suspicious of this allegation presented by Michael Avenatti…I have a difficult time believing any person would continue to go to – according to the affidavit – ten parties over a two-year period where women were routinely gang raped and not report it…Why would any reasonable person continue to hang around people like this? Why would any person continue to put their friends and themselves in danger? Isn’t there some duty to warn others?…I very much believe in allowing people to be heard. But I am not going to be played, and I’m not going to have my intelligence insulted by the Michael Avenattis of the world. I will not be a participant in wholesale character assassination that defies credibility.”

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today released this statement.

“Judge Kavanaugh has just emphatically denied the recent allegation being levied by Michael Avenatti and his client. He says he does not know the woman in question and emphatically denies the accusations. I would remind everyone that dozens of women who knew Judge Kavanaugh during the time period in question completely vouch for his good character.

“Mr. Avenatti first tweeted Sunday night that he had new and explosive information, and he was immediately contacted by the Senate Judiciary Committee to provide information. He has chosen to release these claims the day before Mrs. Ford’s hearing and two days before a vote.

“From my view, just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, it just did. The lawyer to porn stars has just taken this debacle to an even lower level. I hope people will be highly suspicious of this allegation presented by Michael Avenatti.

“I have a difficult time believing any person would continue to go to – according to the affidavit – ten parties over a two-year period where women were routinely gang raped and not report it. I also find it curious these charges were not brought forward until 2018, two days before a confirmation vote.

“Why would any reasonable person continue to hang around people like this? Why would any person continue to put their friends and themselves in danger? Isn’t there some duty to warn others?

Mexican forces seize control of entire Acapulco police department

The Mexican military took over the Acapulco police force amid a corruption investigation.

Mexican state and federal authorities took control of Acapulco’s entire police force Tuesday after suspicions arose that criminal groups had infiltrated the force, the entities involved said in a joint press release.

The seizure was conducted by Guerrero Coordination Group, a joint operation comprised of multiple Mexican state and federal departments, including the National Secretary of Defense, the Marines, federal police, the State Prosecutors Office, and state police, the group’s spokesman Roberto Álvarez Heredia said.

The take over led to the disarmament and detainment of police officers and the confiscation of “weapons, ballistic vests, cartridges and communication radios,” Álvarez Heredia said.

Two police commanders were arrested on murder charges and the rest of the municipal police officers will be investigated and “subjected to exams of confidence control,” according to the organization’s statement.

Acapulco, a beach town located in the southern state of Guerrero, has been plagued with violence, with the number of murders in the state surging to 2,316 last year, according to a government report released in January 2018.

The UK and Australia Have Reason to be Concerned About Declassification

Foreign intel agencies played crucial role in creation of Russia-collusion narrative

President Donald Trump last week received phone calls from two allies saying, “please, can we talk.” Those “allies” were almost certainly the UK and Australia.

The high-level calls were most likely coordinated and related entirely to President Trump’s recent declassification order.

The message appears to have been simple and direct. As President Trump noted, “key Allies called to ask not to release.”

These calls should be receiving far more attention than they have.

President Trump’s initial declassification order was related to the release of three series of documents related to the FBI’s Russia investigation, specifically 21 pages from the June 2017 Carter Page FISA renewal, a series of FBI interviews with former Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr and FBI reports of interviews prepared in connection with the Page FISA applications.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes has said repeatedly in interviews that “there was no official intelligence that was used to start this investigation…there was no intelligence that passed through the Five Eyes channels to our government.”

So why is it that two of our allies would find themselves so opposed to the release of these classified documents that a coordinated plea would be made directly to Trump.

Why is it that these same allies would have even the slightest idea what was contained in these classified documents.

Classified or not, Britain and Australia know full well what those documents contain. It would appear they don’t want their role in events surrounding the 2016 presidential election made public.

By now, Christopher Steele has become a household name. He was the author of the controversial dossier alleging collusion between Russia and Trump.

The British and Australian governments are right to be concerned—officially or not, they were both involved in the efforts to impact our 2016 presidential election.

Illegal Immigrant Arrested for Beating Homeless Men to Death Was Deported Six Times, Released by Obama

On Monday, police arrested Ramon Alberto-Escobar, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who has been deported six times, for seven attacks on homeless people in California. Three of the victims allegedly beaten by Alberto-Escobar have died. On Wednesday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued a statement noting that the Obama administration had released him.

"U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) filed a detainer against unlawfully present Salvadoran national Ramon Alberto-Escobar following his arrest Sept. 24 in Los Angeles for murder," Paige Hughes, an ICE spokesman, declared in a statement.

Hughes noted that "Alberto-Escobar was ordered removed from the U.S. by a federal immigration judge in February 1988 and has been removed to El Salvador six times between 1997 and 2011. Alberto-Escobar also has six felony convictions for burglary and illegal reentry."

Yet ICE released this illegal immigrant in the very last days of the Obama administration.

"After illegally reentering the U.S. following his most-recent removal Alberto-Escobar filed an appeal of his immigration case with the Board of Immigration Appeals in June 2016, which the courts granted in December 2016," Hughes added. "ICE released him from custody on an Order of Supervision in January 2017 pursuant to the court’s decision."

On Tuesday, CBS Local reported that the 47-year-old illegal immigrant, Alberto-Escobar, had been linked to a total of seven assaults in Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Two victims in Los Angeles and one in Santa Monica have died.

Police said they had recovered a wooden baseball bat and a pair of bolt cutters from Alberto-Escobar's car that are believed to have been used in the attacks.

The suspect was arrested following an early morning assault in Santa Monica that left a man with a coma.

As Democrats and liberals call for ICE to be abolished, the agency is reversing the lax approach to immigration law that categorized the Obama administration. Three homeless men are dead, arguably as a result of Obama's lax immigration enforcement.

Libyan Government of National Accord Announces New Truce Near Tripoli

The Libyan Government of National Accord (GNA) announced on Wednesday the conclusion of a new ceasefire agreement between rival factions in the vicinity of Tripoli.

"The Presidential Council of the Libyan Government of National Accord welcomes the agreements reached on the ceasefire in the vicinity of Tripoli and highly appreciates the patriotic, honest positions of all sides that responded to the call for a ceasefire," the GNA's statement said.

Earlier in September, the rival militant groups reached a ceasefire agreement to put an end to hostilities under the UN auspices. However, the hostilities have lately intensified, with reported daily violations of the truce.

Starting from August 26, the southern suburbs of the capital saw multiple clashes between the so-called Seventh Brigade from Tarhouna, also known as Kaniyat, and the Tripoli Revolutionaries Battalion (TRB), nominally affiliated with Libya's Government of National Accord (GNA) Interior Ministry.

Residential areas of Tripoli were subject to massive shelling during the clashes. According to the latest data, over 100 people were killed in the clashes. According to the Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders, or MSF), local residents and another 8,000 refugees and migrants were trapped in the conflict area.

Libya has been torn apart by conflict since the long-time leader Muammar Gaddafi was overthrown in 2011. The eastern part of the country is governed by the parliament, backed by the Libyan National Army (LNA) and located in Tobruk. The UN-backed GNA, headed by Prime Minister Fayez Sarraj, operates in the country's west and is headquartered in Tripoli.

Due to the lack of centralized power and a unified army, Libya has become a smuggling center, as well as a transit point for illegal migrants from Africa to Europe.
