Several Doctors found out about it and were in the process of writing it up to be submitted, when someone killed all of them, in a 3 month time period.

Not everyone who has been innoculated can go back and cure themselves. People can have their blood tested to see how much nagalase is in their body, and go thru steps to start removing it. Others are scarred for life, so to speak, as in very young children who experience inadequate growing issues/medical problems. THAT can't be undone.
