The Huge, Glaring Problem With The 'Gang Rape' Allegations Against Brett Kavanaugh

The latest Brett Kavanaugh accuser, Julie Swetnik, claims that Kavanaugh, his friend Mark Judge, and other high school boys would frequently drug and rape women at parties. She paints a picture of Lord of the Flies-like gatherings, where boys would literally wait in line for their turn to rape the girls, who were either drugged or violently subdued. She says she knows this because she attended "many" of these parties. At least ten, she claims, in the span of just one year.

I’ve already pointed to six problems with her story, but I forgot to mention perhaps the biggest one. I feel I should mention it because the media certainly won’t. It could be misconstrued as “victim blaming” by people who are intent on misconstruing legitimate questions. And that question is this: if Kavanaugh and his cohorts were violent gang-rapists, and Swetnik and her friends knew this fact, why did they keep going to the parties? And why didn't they ever contact the police?

Personally, I attended my share of parties in my teens and early twenties. I never once witnessed anything approaching a gang rape. I never once witnessed or even heard stories about a line of guys waiting patiently for their chance to assault an unconscious woman. Perhaps my experiences were an aberration, but I doubt it. The story Swetnik tells sounds like a high school party from a Hollywood horror film.

But if these parties really happened, it’s difficult to see how the police were never once called, parents were never once alerted, and the FBI, conducting several background checks on Kavanaugh through the years, never once heard tell of it. And the most incredible thing, the most unbelievable thing, the thing that potentially exposes this as a lie or a gross exaggeration, is that the accuser herself kept going back to these drug-fueled rapefests.

There are only three ways to explain this combination of details:

1) It’s not actually true that Kavanaugh and his friends were gang-raping women left and right. The story is completely fabricated.

2) It’s true that there was a lot of sexual contact at these parties, and it’s true that the parties were known for that kind of thing, but the sexual contact was consensual and it happened between people who came to those kinds of parties for that kind of thing.

3) Kavanaugh and his friends really were gang rapists, infamous for sexually brutalizing unsuspecting coeds, but girls kept coming to the parties hoping that they’d be spared.

I cannot say which of these options is true. I can say that only the first two are consistent with human nature. People lie. People have sex. Those things happen. Rape happens, too, but innocent people don’t generally attend rape parties over and over again. That just makes no sense. It is far outside the bounds of rational, or believable, human behavior.

But I haven't mentioned one other critical fact. Swetnik graduated high school in 1980. That means she was an adult when she attended these high school gang rape parties. So, she not only went to parties with minors when she was an adult, but she went with the knowledge that violent sex crimes were being committed, and she never contacted the authorities. That would make her, at a minimum, complicit. Or she's lying about the whole thing. There doesn't seem to be much room in between.

Children’s Hospital Colorado removes gender from patient wristbands to support gender diversity

Children’s Hospital Colorado announced that it will no longer identify its patients as male or female on their wristbands in an effort to support gender-diverse children.

“We’ve removed #gender markers from patient wristbands and more,” the hospital tweeted.

The Aurora hospital’s gender diversity task force came up with the idea, which it implemented Sept. 20. The hospital specializes in gender-diverse children.

“We are seeing more and more patients who have diverse gender identities,” Dr. Natalie Nokoff of Children’s Hospital Colorado told KUSA-TV. “I think that’s true of programs all across the United States.”

“So, we decided to take the gender markers off of wristbands because we felt it was the right thing to do,” Nokoff continued.

What about the patient’s medical records?

The hospital still documents “aspects of their identity or the body parts they have for safety reasons,” Nokoff explained.

“That’s still captured in the medical record but we didn’t feel like there was any reason why that had to be publicly displayed on a wristband or on a sticker,” she said.

What’s the reaction?

One patient, a teenager who identifies as a female-to-male transgender person, told KUSA that the change is huge for him.

“Bigger than anything on this planet. It’s huge,” Ben said. “Looking down and seeing that ‘f,’ I was like, ‘no, that’s not right.'”

Paula Grison, Ben’s mother, is an attorney who specializes in LGBTQ cases and is pleased with the hospital’s decision.

“It’s not just about getting the right medicine,” Grison told KUSA. “It’s also having care providers that treat you with the respect and dignity that you’re craving and that’s what this does.”

Grison hopes other hospitals follow suit.

“The step forward by Children’s Hospital breaks new ground and hopefully becomes the norm,” she said.

Swetnick Claims of Kavanaugh Sex "Train" Doubtful - Here's Why…

The endless assault on President Trump's Supreme Court Justice Nomination of Brett Kavanaugh has hit a new low, with a third “rape” claim coming from infamous Stormy Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti.

“Below is my correspondence to Mr. Davis of moments ago, together with a sworn declaration from my client,” the compulsive liar Avenatti tweeted. “We demand an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations. Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation.”

Judge Brett Kavanaugh is a good man, with strong traditional values and a promise to abide by the laws of the United States of America as a SCOTUS Justice.

That hasn't stopped the assault on his integrity and the outright defamation of character from being used by Democrats, to undermine due process.

Today's Avenatti tweet, alongside a New York Times story, both unveiled 55-year-old Julie Swetnick, who claims to be a victim of Kavanaugh’s supposed “sexual misconduct.”

Ms. Swetnick grew up in Montgomery County, Md., graduating from Gaithersburg High School in 1980 before attending college at the University of Maryland.

Brett Kavanaugh graduated Georgetown Prep in 1983.

Swetnick says that at a party for those who attended Georgetown Preparatory School in the 1980s, she became a victim of the now 55-year-old Judge.

Somehow, after nearly 40 years, Swetnick has gained the ability to reveal her supposed attacker’s identity. Yes, it's true that sometimes an attacker isn't revealed until years, if not decades prior.

That is something that's being abused and manipulated here, say those who know Kavanaugh, with countless hundreds coming forward to his defense.

Swetnick says that her alleged assault, a rape committed by more than one man, occurred at a house party in the 1981 to 1983 time frame. She also claims that those assaults occurred at “one of ten” house parties she attended.

A bold and broadly painted picture of uncertainty.

There's just one minor issue with her statement. The slang and linguistics used in Swetinick’s argument didn't exist prior to 1986.

“In approximately 1982, I became the victim of one of these “gang” or “train” rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present. Shortly after the incident, I shared what had transpired with at least two other people. During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me. I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking.”

Here's the clincher: the slang or lingo of “running a train” on a woman was something invented by rap group 2 Live Crew in 1986, a phrase used and made popular in the film “Project X.”

Russia to initiate proposal on Korean reunification support at UN SC

The Russian foreign minister says Moscow ready 'to do everything in our power to promote reunification of the Korean Peninsula to create [common] economic and transport infrastructure'

UN, September 26. /TASS/. Russia will initiate a proposal in support of the Korean reunification process at the UN Security Council, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated during a meeting with North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho.

"We are ready to do everything in our power to promote reunification of the Korean Peninsula to create [common] economic and transport infrastructure," Lavrov said. "Of course, we will initiate a proposal in support of these processes between Pyongyang and Seoul at the Security Council," he added.

Moscow also congratulates Pyongyang on the successful holding of the Inter-Korean summit, Lavrov said Russia is ready to promote Korean reunification.

"I would like to congratulate you on the very successful summit between the two Koreas in Pyongyang. We will actively promote the reunification of the Korean Peninsula to create economic and transport infrastructure," the Russian top diplomat stressed.

Lavrov also thanked his colleague for the warm welcome he received during his visit to Pyongyang in June. "I will be waiting for you in Moscow," the Russian minister said.

Lavrov added that the meeting is "a good opportunity to study how the main principles of bilateral cooperation are realized.".

Analysts: EU Vehicle for Iran Trade Viable Only for Small Firms Unrelated to US

The legal entity which the European Union has proposed to facilitate its trade with Iran bypassing US sanctions on Iranian banking operations may only work for smaller companies having no relation to the United States, experts told Sputnik.

Earlier this week, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini announced that the five states which had remained committed to the Iran nuclear deal decided on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly to establish a special purpose vehicle (SPV) that would facilitate legitimate trading of European companies with Iran amid US sanctions against Tehran.

No exact dates have been agreed for launching the mechanism though, according to the European Commission.

Following Mogherini's announcement, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that he was "disturbed and indeed deeply disappointment" by the news, while US National Security Advisor John Bolton said that the United States would be "watching the development of this structure" and stressed that Washington would not allow "Europe or anybody else" to circumvent its sanctions.

Limitations of Mechanism

On November 4, a new wave of US sanctions will directly hit Iran's oil exports and banking operations and de facto disconnect the Middle East state from international financial channels. If the Iran deal is to be saved, it is now urgent for the remaining JCPOA signatories to implement the SPV initiative.

"From what I understand, it would look like a clearing house, when Europe imports oil from Iran, the money will go to the SPV, and if a machine is sold by a European company in Iran, the payment will be made via the SPV. This mechanism would 'immunize' buyers and sellers by avoiding transactions in dollars that could expose them to US sanctions. Oil is the only counterpart that Iran can give. It allows oil revenues to be used to import goods," Karsten Brzeski, the chief analyst for the Dutch ING Bank, told Sputnik.

Such a mechanism could only work, however, for companies without any exposure to the United States, the analyst warned.

"As soon as there is exposure to the United States, I would guess that the US administration could impose direct or indirect pressure on companies not to use the SPV," Brzeski said.

UK Home Office Refuses to Cooperate with Moscow on Skripals Case - Embassy

The UK Home Office has refused to satisfy the requests by Russia's Prosecutor General's Office to provide legal assistance in the probe into the nerve agent attack on ex-spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in the UK town of Salisbury, the Russian Embassy in London said Wednesday.

"After many reminders, the embassy received on September 25 a response from the British Home Office, which refuses to satisfy the requests by the Russian Prosecutor General's Office of March 29 and April 17 to provide legal assistance in the investigation of the criminal case opened in Russia over the murder attempt on Sergei and Yulia Skripal in Salisbury," the embassy said in a statement obtained by Sputnik.

"To justify the refusal, the British side refers to paragraph 'b' of Article 2 of the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters of 1959. Under this clause, "the assistance may be refused if the requested Party considers that the execution of the request is likely to prejudice the sovereignty, security, public order or other essential interests of its country," the statement said.

Only after the two hour inquisition did the school phone Keith’s parents to let them know he was being suspended. But before they did that, they called the police. By the time Keith’s father showed up at the school, his son was being cuffed and put into the back of a police car as a crowd of students stood by ogling the scene. The Baileys asked that I not publish the name of the school or the arresting officer.

According to Keith and his family, it all started a week ago when Keith and his friends were sitting around his house talking about online anonymity. Keith decided to change his Snapchat avatar into a black Bitmoji character. One of his friends, a girl, immediately noticed and within minutes told him he needed to change it back. She said it was insensitive and racist for a white person to use a black character as an avatar. Keith, stubborn as any eighth grader, laughed it off and said he wasn’t going to change it. The next day at school the girl, according to Keith, then started telling everyone he was a racist. The harassment and accusations persisted for days. Other students began threatening to beat up Keith, saying they were going to jump him after school for being ‘racist.’ Then the girl and three other female classmates took it to the next level, appearing to take a page from the Feinstein handbook on how to destroy your political enemies, they appeared before the vice principal to accuse Keith of sexual harassment and assault stemming back to the summer.
