Probably been pointed out before, but (I know I'm a little behind…I haven't watched Netflix for probably 3 years or more) I just resubscribed to Netflix and began watching the PUNISHER.
Very first episode, within the first few minutes into the series pilot…I noticed this.
Maybe nothing…maybe coincidence…maybe actually SOMETHING?
