I share your disgust. However, for those who don't realize it, the omnibus bill only allocates moneys for given causes. Just because PP got an appropriation, doesn't mean that POTUS has to give them all of it. He didn't last time, although in the end, I don't know how much they got.
If they don't fucking like it, they should pass a real budget, which has not happened since at least before barry.
I wish he would just grab $20B from National Security and the Defense Budget and build the damn wall. That would teach them to pass a budget!
