Regardless of confirmation hearing for SCOTUS, these allegations must be fully fleshed out just because Kavanaugh is already a very powerful unlicensed figure. Assume for a moment that this causes him not to be confirmed. Assume that all allegations are false. Egg will still get on many faces.
