I'm guessing RBG's stroke was a bad one, one that has rendered her incapable of doing her job and would be cause for her retirement/removal for medical reasons.
You will note there's been hardly a peep out of the Enemedia about this situation but they've gone into full panic mode over Kavenaugh. They KNOW RBG will be out by the end of the year.
