It is a Ukrainian language cookbook

And I think there is enough info in that picture to identify the book, just from cover photos of Ukrainian cookbooks.

It helps if it is a bookseller site because it will have a page count

And as you see in the photo, of page 119, this is only about a 150 pg cookbook,

Looking to the photos on previous pages, there are meat dishes

So it is not just a baking book.

But look at that vertical strip of the inside edge of the front cover!!!

There is enough info there to identify the cover, if only you can find it first.

The cover was printed larger and then part of the photo folded back and that bit is visible.

I tried hunting based on recipe text but that just leads to recipe sites and peoples' blogs.

This needs hard work, looking at lots of photos

Not sure if the partial photos of the meat dishes are enough to search with.

I have not had good luck searching with partial photos unless

They were a rectangular cutout

Or you fill in the missing part with something vaguely correct.

That worked for me on IDing a nude girl with something blocking her crotch,.. I just painted over using a dropper tool to get some nearby flesh colors and put a bit of dark hair triangle, and that got me a hit on the original picture used by the meme artist.
