YES, we were.

The over pressurization in the lines was 12 times what the system could handle, and more than 38 fires broke out all over the place.

48 miles of gas lines have to be replaced.

It will take several months into the winter before heat is restored.

The control center in Ohio did not detect this over pressurization before it was too late. This does not happen.

There a fail safes to prevent this. Unless of course, it's an inside job.

Many people still have no heat or hot water and are showering at the Y.
