Trump was talking about the fact that the interest rate was set at ZERO while Oblunder was the fake-Captain-of-the-ship, and that he (Trump) is currently facing a rising interest rate due to the booming economy that started the day he took office.
He did indeed insinuate that Fauxbama had an advantage with the lower interest rate yet did not pay off any of the national debt with it, where He/himself had to work harder to grow the economy with the FED raising the interest rate multiple times since he came into office.
Not so much that it was funny money; more that Suq-mudiq-barry had a huge advantage and failed to help the American people with it, while he (Trump) is fighting an uphill battle and doing more than previous administrations.
