Otherwise, they’d be speaking on behalf of someone/something else, right?

When a political official speaks for “THE AMERICAN PEOPLE”, where/when/how do we deliver the message to them?

Is it votes? No. It goes beyond elections.

Is it polls? No. Polls were WRONG in 2016.
