Page was a patsy and the FBI had no interest in him. Page only became aware of the FISA warrant after Steele shot his mouth off to Yahoo news. That was why Steele was fired by the FBI, because he blew the scam. I'm guessing Clinton became impatient and directed Steele to leak to the press. Time was running out to get the scandal going.
