Sorry if this has already been solved. While taking a look at the updated QMaps, I took another look at the Q picture with the 'historical' record of the Democratic Party as it relates to their abysmal voting record towards the African-American community.

With the map's larger scale I noticed (in the background, underneath the text & towards the background) what appears to me as the upper portion of the head on a sculpture of President Andrew Jackson with what appears to be the face of a clock above and toward the right. We know President Trump, due to his struggle against 'entrenched forces,' is compared to Jackson and that the President keeps a famous portrait of Jackson prominently displayed behind his desk in the Oval Office. The proposed removal of Jackson's statute, say in New Orleans, reinforces the meme's narrative about attempts at rewriting history through, as an example, the actions of Antifa via the funding by George Soros. It also lends argument to Q's messages about the Democrats' need to keep certain demographics as slaves, dependent on their party. Who knows? Maybe I'm way off, but keep in mind that a 'cleaner' version of Q's image has been located, so I'm guessing the extra background material means something as otherwise it appears to only pixilate/disrupt the sharpness in the borders.

Though I saw Jackson, the meme's narrative applies stronger with President Abraham Lincoln. The title Q gave the meme was learn some history_13th Amendment, an Amendment which was enacted during Lincoln's presidency. Again, sorry if the puzzle was previously solved…hard for me to keep up with it all.
