Congressional Sexual Harassment Slush Fund

I think that it is unconstitutional for Congress to use taxpayer money to cover up sexual harassment claims.

There needs to be transparency for taxpayer monies, and if we are too have balance in government one branch should

NOT be immune to the liabilities of sexual harassment accusations.
