Border Patrol Arrests 379 Illegal Aliens in Arizona Desert Invasion

There's news tonight coming from the desert west of the Lukeville Port of Entry in Arizona, and deep in Texas, where Border Patrol Agents stopped the invasion of 379 illegal aliens from coming into the United States of America.

In Arizona, during just a 24-hour span, the Border Patrol had their hands full, arresting 264 illegal aliens.

Agents arrested them in two groups, the first being 164 adults and children who were attempting to cross into the United States of America illegally on Tuesday when they were stopped.

Less than a day later, Border Patrol Agents would locate another 100 illegal aliens attempting to gain passage through the Arizona desert in the exact location.

Each of the invading groups comprised of both men, women, and children, many of whom were unaccompanied through their travels.

The children and adults consisted of a range in ages, with the youngest child being 11-months-old, and the oldest would-be illegal alien being a 59-year-old.

Authorities say that all of the illegal aliens had one of three countries of origin, which is either Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

Now, the United States of America's Border Patrol is led by a female, which for the first time in the 94-year history of the agency, happened under President Donald Trump.

Chief Carla Provost was appointed to the position this past August, after her honorable and successful tenure serving as Acting Chief since April of 2017.

Provost originally joined the agency in 1995, and then formally took over last month as the first female Chief in American history, for which the Trump Administration has given her much praise.

Despite the opinions of many when it comes to being a female in the organization, she claims it didn’t hurt her ability to outperform her male counterparts.

“Now, I’m 6-foot tall. That might help when it comes to my stature. Whether it was the police department or the Border Patrol, I was a police officer, not a female police officer,” Chief Provost said. “I’m a Border Patrol agent, not a female Border Patrol Agent.”

Provost said that at least 1,200 illegal aliens have been arrested at that same location in Arizona just the last three months.

The Arizona desert has long since been a target for human trafficking and smuggling.

Due to this, the proposal for a border wall from President Donald Trump has heavily influenced a desire to place state of the art surveillance equipment in the area.
