The thing you assholes don't understand, or are tasked with pretending to not understand, or hope that somehow this will make a subset of humanity disappear, is that these politicians have WOMEN as constituents. Men's violence against women is a BIG ISSUE, and these politicians are hearing from those WOMEN. These politicians are not going to use a hamfisted approach to deal with this publicly, although some / many / most will do what they can get away with behind closed doors.

The cabal uses this issue to manipulate, allowing women to be abused and then pretending they give a shit. Enciting women to anger that is intentionally designed to be ineffectual and even damaging to attempts to address the problem. And here you are playing your part, with your ugly selves.
