I want to draw your attention to the SUV in the back ground with it's blue plates.

There is some conjecture as to who KJU's puppet masters were.

Why would a SUV with Chinese plates be at the launch?

Why would the photographer take such a wide shot that included the SUV when KJU and his officials were to the middle left of view?
