And Jerry Brown is partnering with China on climate change and the lucrative alternative transportation vehicle industry: trains, bikes, shared e bikes and e scooters (all made in China), infrastructure for bikes using Chinese steel (and there has already been financial fuckery with that). They want a carless state, except for the electric cars (Tesla).

It is driving everyone here nuts.
