Only 51 votes for SC nominations. I explicitly stated that. Look it up and then LURK MOAR. FFS, the "nuclear option" only consumed the nation for 6 months around the Gorsuch nomination.

No shit, sherlock. That's not filibuster.
Are you anons paying attention or does everything have to be spelled out? Pull your heads out of your asses.
Likely correct. Some state will have to pass a new law and then it will have to work its way through the courts. Years in the process regardless.
Holy shit and Kek too! Didn't notice muh digits.
I don't disagree. Roe V. Wade was a bad decision in the first place. It's not actually based on any Constitutional precept. They just decided to make law.
Read 'em, don't say what you think. They're still going to have to pass a law that makes abortion illegal. That takes time, and it starts at the state level.
Instead of accusing others of being idiots, perhaps you should simply stop being one yourself.
No shit? Do you not understand how it works? The Supreme Court cannot rule on a law, any law, unless it is challenged in court and works its way up to the SC. That takes time and a lot of fucking money. THEN, the SC itself has to agree to hear the case, and THEN it's another long stretch before they rule on it.
FFS, learn how your government works.
Damn you're a fucking moron.
Banning abortion clinics is NOT OVERTURNING ROE V. WADE. Not in the least. People will still be able to get abortions.
And for FFS, are you fucking illiterate? I made it quite clear I think it should be overturned. It's a BAD RULING. The SC had no business hearing it.
It's like all the stupid people came out tonight and decided to demonstrate how stupid they can be.
Keep in mind anons. Kavanaugh's confirmation battle has absolutely nothing to do with Roe V. Wade. That part is only for public consumption. Kavanaugh favors military tribunals. They don't want to be executed.
