I posted in the last bread but it was near the end. I know for sure that IBM has a MaaS360 data center in DC. Softlayer is now IBM cloud. Here is some info if it helps. The IBM portal to log into the MaaS360 admin side states that they are down for maintenance. Not trying to slide so feel free to ignore if it doesn't help.
