Short answer yes. Pool of blood behind the head kinda hard to get there without a hole in the back of the head when you shoot yourself in the mouth.

Saw pic last year with no blood running out of the mouth which possibly added later to explain congealed pool behind the head.

Blood doesnt move much when the heart is not pumping anymore and no hole in da head.

Also relevant how does one fall in a way that ones leg is underneath a AR with Bi pod engaged with gun pointed the wrong direction. Looks like it was set down after the fact.
