Analyzing this post from yesterday. The point of the post is not the 666 – which I view merely as an attention-grabber (it did get my attention) – but from the definition of a 128-byte SHA1 hash that may be used to decrypt something encrypted. Pic related.

The next post concerned Red October, mentioned 3 times by Q.

Most everybody thinks this is a metaphor for the submarine that fired a torpedo, which missed and came back to destroy its source.

It is probable that Red October refers, rather, to a particularly malicious cyber-espionage attack. Pic related. This becomes clear in context of the ID's subsequent posts.
