I also wouldn't have anything to change the perception or reality of what this place is. I somehow found myself here, and doors kept opening, up to high(ish) levels, without my trying, and without being invited or coerced, and without becoming abused or tarnished other than the association. I've long been aware I was surrounded by ideological extremists, and considered it as if an observant anthropologist. I'm not alone either. I've been fortunate to have as my closest friends others who are fully awake. One family of brothers in particular, their father an A list actor, with whom I shared a dinner along the beach in Malibu the day after the election, celebrating Trump's victory while surrounded by glum faces. We consider it hilarious that we can exist and thrive among them. Perhaps more than hilarious, it may be miraculous.

No. Wasn't me. You haven't heard much from me as an Hwoodanon. I offer up Hwood connected stuff from time to time, but it's not a primary focus. What specifically would you like to know? Most of my connections are those in front of the camera. I helped many craft their image and "stage craft" when they were just starting out. Many are now household names.
One interesting thing does happen to new talent that I've noticed up close and personal. Once achieving success, they become surrounded by all the vampires and leeches. Not all, but most. That level of fuckery I wouldn't know because I don't like the company of leeches and parasites. I've paid a price as a result by either turning down work to avoid assholes, or being turned down for work because I wasn't an asshole.
