I think that Lindsey Graham was being extorted by NoName.
That may be so, but he seems like he's been emotionally freed. He's not acting like a man who is scared of doing bad things and being put in the []. He seems like he's free to be /ourguy/. Much different than one who is threatened.
He's looking to redeem himself after all the bad that he's done under duress.
