It's somewhat settled but not clear on conspiring with private citizens like Soros and HRC et al. Eisentrager really only applies directly to agents of a foreign government and Hamdi really only apply to slime captured on the battlefield. No case on point for what's about to go down. He's the linchpin.

Point was that they'll challenge it in our civilian courts first. There's no case on point because this is unprecedented. The court has never dealt with a global cabal. Only actual fighters, foreign aliens. Kavanaugh is needed to rule that it is constitutional to fuck them up.
