If the Committee vote is a majority for confirmation, doesn't that mean he's confirmed?
Does it HAVE to go to the full Senate?
This is my understanding as well. I'd be extremely vigilant this weekend and the period leading up to elections.
I don't know what sort of grasp Evil has on the dems, but the contrast here is so great that something is about to give and it could be uglier.
