Someone has to have been deeeeeep and lonnnnng term undercover good guys? Is he one of them? I thought he was seriously dirty. Is he not? If he was REALLY dirty, and he's been pardoned (not another sekret?) wouldn't he just drift off to spend more time on the beach? Rubbing it in our faces behind a pardon isn't going to work. Nothing to smile about.

Yes that's what I thought I membered. He helped screw up the House Managers case after being sort of gung ho and wheeled out in the media as a good southern officer lawyer gentlemen.
