Now, it goes to the full Senate. The committee work is done. McConnell has to bring the motion to the full Senate. When he chooses to do that is up to him.

Flake made a “gentleman’s” agreement with (((the devil))) that he would vote no on the floor vote unless the FBI opened an investigation.

So McConnell cannot count on Flake’s vote now and will need 50 (plus Pence) other votes to pass Kav.

If there are enough demonrats that will vote for Kav, Flake doesn’t matter.
