Blue paint is different on the cockpit and further back.
C-32 was my first guess as well, but the blue paint on the C-32 stops even with the cockpit windows, whereas the blue paint on the Q photo plane extends way above the windows.
I also think there is a reflection on the Q plane pic that makes the blue paint appear to end, but upon closer examination, it looks like the entire plane is blue except the wings.
