So if you have 2 days supplies, you beat the majority.
I live off grid, normal way of life for this anon - can go nearly 6mos without any additional supplies, longer if I do not want more sugar or toilet paper.
If nothing happens, you are still more independent by being prepared. And that means less need for government…

I have totally off grid house. (solar)
Use well water.
Also for "go bag" have Katadyn pump filter silver impregnated. Have 3 natural springs on my property. and a spare well head in the storehouse on site.
I am far beyond prepared to stay. But know I may have to run.
IF I do not have to run, I can stay and have ice and water and cook for zero grid. 3 freezers and a room for pantry, and bunker has 3mos of "dried" food underground also.
Don't get me started on arms!
Also equipped property with sensors when house was built. I can tell the speed of people or vehicles coming or going. (I use an atom based processor for home automation it uses only 15w and controls A/C units, monitors food, and sensors, and buttloads of other stuff too.)
Even got nightvision quality security cameras with two of them capable of reading license plates.
This anon was sadly prepared for the "great cleansing" and expected HRC to win…
I see no reason to change lifestyles, it's pretty nice being independent.
BTW: whiskey is not too rough!
