The "welcome page" is an embarrassment.
Convince people of what? What is the page supposed to do? What are we supposed to do? What are our priorities? Was there any community discussion of these things?
Why is the exact same lingo repeating unnaturally on this board? It seems very fake. People don't cling to the same lingo indefinitely like robots.
