It dont mean what we THINK it means.. it means what they say FULL STOP.
if you start looking at what the words actually means you start to see the truth in very sentence.

And if i dont lie im telling the truth. and truth prevails.
So by saying.. NO doubt she is telling the truth she is not lying by that statement itself.
