FBI investigation into KAV. will be conducted, but it will include FISA INFO ON FEINSTEIN!!
Therefore, FBI will not be able to disclose their findings on Kavenaugh investigation because it will include information REGARDING ONGOING INVESTIGATIONS!!
My point is, the D's and wonky R's get their FBI investigation, BUT they DON'T get a guilty/innocent conclusion. So, they can't use the FBI investigation as a reason for voting no. And an ONGOING INVESTIGATION reason for non disclosure will freak out bad actors involved in the charade.
Hate responding to my own post, but I think something here. Why POTUS was so wiilling to give consent forFBI investigation.
