Both his failure to directly answer and Grassley’s admonishment of the dems regarding their refusal to participate in the inquiries seemed really dramatic to me.

Thinking back on it, it sure seems like K and Grassley were baiting the Dems. I think Flake was playing his part too. The timing of the 2 –hour meeting cutoff was more drama.

The dems were definitely baited into wanting more investigation.
