after the narrowed research had been perfected, they branched out with a wider scope

what you see today is an example of their developments

in other words, pretty accurate, yes.

but, it can also easily be used to trigger previous victims.

before you do anything else, find a way to develop a habit that can ground you

this can pull your main alter away from the others.

i know how basic this sounds, but until someone more knowledgeable can help you, it's imperative for the time being that they don't overcome whichever one that was able to escape and find itself here.

Find a way to anchor it, if you can.

well, if I had to think of ONE in particular, a seemingly random onset of a catatonic state - that's going to be a huge giveaway

some other big giveaways are triggered responses to known trigger phrases/words

As for most obviousโ€ฆ hard to tell, as there's plenty of ways to split someone. what you're likely looking for, however, is any typical signs of trauma.

most subjects and their alters are programmed specifically not to seek help

i think you've got the wrong idea.

what i meant when i spoke of an "escape" (firstly, i used it as a verb, not a noun, like you've done), was that whichever alter was able to get help despite whatever just happened with them needs to be the one to stay with us so that we can help it

the other alters will likely attempt to convince her it's a bad idea to seek help - hence this alter "escaping"

then we're using the term rather ambiguously

to start off, MK Ultra was an umbrella program that gave way to other types of research programs

some of them are known, plenty of them are not

When we say someone is "MK'd", we don't mean they themselves have been subject to multiple splits giving way to multiple alters, we mean they've been subject to the techniques discovered/refined through the study/research of the programs developed under the MK umbrella.

You're not wrong, you just seem to have a narrow understanding of what we're talking about.

well, glad to have you here, anon

keep it together and make sure she understands full well what you're going through

if she gets confused, tell her to seek advice in places that can be trusted

those places aren't with mockingbird psychiatrists. they often make it worse

Alright, let me try to explain this to you in a different way:

We've all been subject to mind control.

Some of us have been exposed in a MUCH more physical and upfront way. Some of us have been exposed to techniques with more recent developments that have been refined to be used on mass audiences, which, like was said up above, sort of sets a foundation, or can help previously programmed subjects experience a triggered episode/response.

These methods are VERY REAL. Although ones you seem to have been subjected to are unarguably more invasive, we need to understand that working side by side to piece all of this back together is our only real option.

I know what happened to you was difficult. I'm sure few can really compare stories with you. With that being said, however, there are people out there right now who are depending on us not to be emotional about these things.

I don't mean to lecture you here, but I think it could be quite helpful to you to have these things explained to you a little more frankly. I genuinely don't want to detract what what went on with you, but we can't get caught up on who had it worse. We've gotta keep it together.

Either way, thank you for showing up and relaying what you have.

Who better to help people with similar problems?
