Irrelevant. The game here is to make him guilty (in pub opinion). Penalty will be no seat on SCOTUS.
ANY crime except murder and actual rape would be expired by now, nevermind that he was a minor and usually had special set of rules.
The only penalty they are aiming for is no scotus… Good find however.
