Literally thousands of copies of the New Testament books still in existence today predating the Roman Catholic Church. The books of the New Testament were decided as early as 100 years prior to the Council of Nicea, which did not make any canonical decisions. The final work of the CoN is well documented. Many fringe Christians discount Paul because he was very vocal about doing away with The Law of Moses, which Jesus fulfilled and nailed to the cross. The conversion of Saul (Paul) is a bedrock example of the Power of God to change hearts.
