Twenty years ago, I thought something was off about Ted Turner. Watch some of his interviews around the time he sold CNN. His speech was choppy, somewhat slurred and incoherent. His attention span and ability to concentrate seemed impaired, and he was overly emotional at times, especially given the circumstances that elicited the emotions.
Maybe the cabal stole CNN from him.
