The "Forensics Psycologist" question was KEY. Supposedly (cough cough) CBF is a psychologist, therefore she woudl KNOW that a Forensics Psycologist is KEY in a sexual assault case. Yet she didn't request one.
They (FP) get into the head of the victim and the perp and determines(their opinion) fault/innocence thru questioning. They do NOT do CSI forensics-type stuff. Its all psych related.
Her attorneys would have know this too.
